We service Australia only and DO NOT ship internationally
All shipping is via Australia Post apart from 20kg protein sacks which are sent via TNT.
The following options are available for Australia Post Shipping;
Express Post
- Recommended and safest form of shipping
- Next day delivery to all capital cities in Australia
- Tracking code included
- If no one is home a card is left for you to pick up the item from your local post office
- Cheaper than Regular Parcel Post for many areas, especially NT and WA.
- Lost parcels have insurance of $50 toward value of contents
Regular Parcel Post
- Not recommended
- 1 day to Sth East Queensland, 2-4 days to Sydney/Melbourne, 4-10 days to all other areas
- No tracking number
- Parcel may be left at front door, potential for theft
- No insurance
- Registered Regular Post (tracking, signature required) is available on request where the order is too big/expensive for express post for an additional small fee.
Fitness Central passes ownership to the customer as soon as the item is posted. Lost/Stolen parcels are very uncommon but we will endeavour to trace and locate all lost orders.

We accept Credit Card (Master Card, Visa) upon checkout or Direct Deposit.
All transactions in Australian Dollars (AUD)
All prices are GST inclusive
Credit card transactions are processed via eWay and Westpac secure payment gateways. See their respective websites for more details.
Direct Deposit payment can be made via netbanking or Westpac branch deposit.

Refunds
Refunds and returns will only be offered where items are damaged during shipping and unfit for purpose. Photos of the damage must be emailed to support@fitnesscentral.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
