Sheer Quality!

Used this protein while doing my weight loss. And have used several different powders since. This is definitely a very high quality WPI.

Have tried Chocolate, Bananna and Strawberries & Cream all with far better taste than other products I have used.

***Pros:
*High quality WPI protein
*LOW cost in comparison to its competitors with big brand names
*Excellent customer service when purchasing
*Mixes well with water or milk, never had it go lumpy like other products
*No digestion issues found with other very un-naturally sweet powders.

Cons:
None i can think of!

Would happily fork out the money to purchase this again, and will do so!

Solid Choice

This Protein is a great one fits all choice. WPI is very versatile and will complement any good diet plan regardless of whether your goal is bulking, cutting or maintenance.
I found it tastes great, mixes easily, has great value for money.

Pros:
* Mixes easily with water or milk.
*Great Taste
*Value for Money
* Versatility for all diets & goals.
*Easily digests with not discomfort.

Cons;
N/A

A great solid choice for all. This Protein is comparable to ON GOLD STANDARD WHEY, although at half the price tag it definitely deserves serious consideration for the "KING" of WPI's.

Great Product

This is one of the best protein powders I have used. I've tried many of them.
There are so many different brands of Whey's out there, this is the one that seems to be the best-of-all-worlds. It is high quality, gets the job done and doesn't lack in the taste department. I have tried most flavours but I have gone back to vanilla as you can mix it up and add frozen banana or berries to it. It mixes well and doesn't have the lumps that many other brands get. I have have great customer service from FC as well with my queries being answered promptly.

Awesome product

After trying alot of proteins over the years, this product is the best of them. It is great tasting, mixes so easily and is not to sweet. Have even used it in cooking and it is brillant. very highly recommend. Awesome product well priced.

Fitness Central WPI

Fitness Central WPI proved to be a fantastic and value for money WPI. It mixed well with very little frothing into a smooth and tasty pre or post workout drink. For its price it has a very high protein content and greatly helped during exercise and for recovery after my workouts.
I recommend this over many of the higher cost branded WPIs for its flavour, quality and performance. (and if you havent found a flavour you like just buy it flavourless and add your own)

Great Taste

Not long ago I had 1kg of Coffee flavour. Never having Coffee protein before I didn't know what to expect. Wow, as an Ice Break lover I was surprised. This flavour to me tasted very similar (mainly with milk) and even tasted great with water. I would highly recommend this protein to anyone looking for a good WPI.

Best local WPI iv'e used

Great product, mixes very easily, and quickly even with water.
Having a separate flavor sachet lets you adjust the flavour level to your personal taste!

Also has a superior nutrient profile compared to most other local WPI's.

With the price, its just about perfect!

Awesome

Products are better than any instore product and taste reasonable (not to sweet, only had vannila to be safe). Disolves reasonably well except it foams/froths up a bit (not the worst I've had). Mixing was weird and went a little all over the place but gave u satisfaction of quality of what u were getting. Waiting on new flavours!

Best there is

Absolutely stellar quality WPI. Mixes easily and goes down smoothly. Unflavoured is fine but the iced coffee and banana flavors are epic.

Most importantly, FC have the best customer service there is - and it's only $30 a kg. Give it a go!

best wpi i have tasted

recently i have been looking for a new protein to try, I was pointed in the direction of fitness central and managed to get a couple of samples
I was truely shocked at how nice they where. they have a awesome profile and outprice the american imports. It is by far the best tasting protein i have tried including the imports.

I have been purchasing FC's WPI for two years now and it is by far the best protein powder you can buy. The other reason why I chose FC over other suppliers is that I can buy my whey without flavours and artificial sweeteners and flavour it myself...

Fantastic Product

The quality of this WPI is as good as it gets and at a fraction of the price of anything else out there.

It mixes perfectly and the flavours are unbelievably good. Dieting is easy when you know you're having one of these every day.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 250-300ml light milk or cold water in a Fitness Central shaker cup. Use immediately after exercise and between meals throughout the day.

Q Is the WPI gluten free?

Although we don't make official "gluten free" claims, the only ingredients in the WPI are Whey Protein Isolate made from dairy and a tiny amount of Soy Lecithin used in the instantization process.  Our flavouring systems also do not contain added gluten.

All the proteins currently come 100% pure with no other ingredients.  The flavour comes separately in a sachet which you mix through the protein bag in one go (only takes 1 minute to flavour the entire kg of protein).  We do this so that you can see exactly what you're getting in the pure protein.  The flavour systems comprise of sweeteners (950, 955), emulsifiers (407, 466) and natural and nature identical flavours.

Cold processed ultrafiltration and microfiltration.  The pH is 6.6 - 6.9 depending on the source being used.  We utilize 3 specific sources of WPI which are the highest quality and made either in NZ, Aus or the USA.


Q Is your product cross flow microfiltered, undenatured, pH neutral, and cold temp controlledWhere is it sourced from USA, NZ or Aus.

Our WPI (and every brand of WPI these days) switches between Australian, NZ and USA sources depending on availability.  Fitness Central is committed to quality and will only use 3 specific sources of WPI which use the latest methods of manufacture.  Our WPI is cold processed cross flow microfiltered and ultrafiltered which leaves an undenatured product.  The pH is 6.6 - 6.9.

What is the taste like for unflavoured? I just worry the taste is too worse and hard for me to drink it. Because I plan to get more then 3 Quantity

Unflavoured WPI tastes bland and slightly milky when mixed with water.  When mixed with milk it's a bit like a thicker, bland milk.  It's not an offensive taste but not delicious either.  We highly recommend you choose a flavouring as they are delicious and you will love every shake you have then!


Q How does this WPI go against the likes of Balance Sports Nutrition WPI?

Balance WPI uses a process called Ion-Exchange during manufacturing which denatures the protein.  In simple terms this means it damages the protein and removes a lot of the natural goodness out of the product. Our protein is made using Cold Filtered Ultra-Filtration.  Our process preserves all the natural health and muscle giving properties of the whey.
