Express Post Shipping
We do not currently offer express post shipping as we ship from Sydney we have very fast times to all capital cities.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment you will be emailed a tracking number that can be used here: http://auspost.com.au/track/. It may take up to a full business day after ordering for tracking information to show on tracking site.
Missing Orders
Please check your order tracking number before contacting Fitness Central. In most cases your order will be awaiting collection at your local post office. It is standard Australia Post procedure to take an eParcel to the nearest post office when nobody is home to sign for it.
Fitness Central takes no responsibility or liability on orders that are shown as ‘delivered’ on tracking updates. It is highly recommended that you ship your orders to a place that is attended by people you trust during normal business hours or to a PO Box.
