Fitness Central only ships products within Australia.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel with tracking.  Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you by the end of business the day after your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment you will be emailed a tracking number that can be used here: http://auspost.com.au/track/. It may take up to a full business day after ordering for tracking information to show on tracking site.

Missing Orders

Please check your order tracking number before contacting Fitness Central by either checking your email (or junkmail folder) or logging into your account to see your tracking numbers.  In most cases your order will be awaiting collection at your local post office as it is standard Australia Post procedure to take an eParcel to the nearest post office when nobody is home to sign for it.  Sometimes delivery drivers will leave a card rather than checking if you are home, or forget to leave a card for you.  In these circumstances you should lodge a complaint with Australia Post.

Fitness Central takes no responsibility or liability on orders that are shown as ‘delivered’ on tracking updates. It is highly recommended that you ship your orders to a place that is attended by people you trust during normal business hours or to a PO Box.

Fitness Central discharges all liability upon posting your order.  Should an order go missing in transit which is extremely rare, we will open an Australia Post investigation to help trace the package.  We will do everything in our power to find the package and if the investigation is unsuccessful will replace the order at a discounted rate.
