Which is the best protein?
Different proteins are better at doing different things. Micellar Casein (MPI) is the best before bed because it's slow releasing. Whey Protein Hydrolysate (WPH) is the best after a workout because it's pre-digested so the nutrients are absorbed into your body fast. Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) is the most economical. Overall however, Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is the king of proteins with the highest protein and amino acid content, lowest fat and carbohydrate content, and fast digestion into your body.
Can I buy flavour sachets separately?
No, flavour sachets only come with the purchase of a protein.
