Directions

  • For Mass Gain: Mix 2 scoops Oatmass with 1 scoop WPC in 300-500ml full cream milk. Take three times daily between meals.
  • For Meal Replacement: Mix 2 scoops Oatmass with 1 scoop MPI in 300-400ml light milk or water and take with a multi-vitamin.

Tasty and filling

Mixed with your choice of protein powder I reckon Oatmass is a FAR better choice for meal replacement or gainer powder - Next time you look at other 'gainer' powders, have a look at how much sugar is in them. PEOPLE, the only gain sugar will give you is FAT! Oatmass all the way for a hearty, easy to drink and filling meal in a cup. Two thumbs up :)
