USAGE:

Pre-Workout Xtreme contains a large dose of an amino acid called Beta Alanine.  This is an amino acid that increases muscle workload and reduces fatigue however it can cause a 'tingling' sensation for a short time after ingestion. It is important to assess your tolerance to this product.  Start with 1 teaspoon, 45minutes before training.  If you do not experience excessive tingling or itching you may increase to a full serve which is 2 scoops or 1 heaped table spoon.
