Amino Acids are the building blocks of muscle tissue and are essential to ensure optimal muscle growth, performance, recovery, and strength. Protein is made up of 18 Amino Acids; 8 Essential (the body needs to consume them from food) and 10 Non-Essential (the body can produce them). BCAA's are the three most important Essential Amino Acids; Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine.Why use BCAA's if they are already in food?First and foremost the advantage of using BCAA's is their bioavailability.
